check-in & payment

  • Check-in after 2 pm. For late check-in, notify us in advance.

  • Check-out before 11 am

  • A credit card deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Payment in full upon arrival by cash, credit card, or PayPal.

  • For last-minute bookings (within 14 days of check-in), we require a deposit equal to the cost of one night on the day you submit the reservation.

  • 15% IVA and 2% INTUR tax will be charged and collected with the balance.

  • Required at check-in:

  • Credit card or cash deposit

  • Government-issued photo ID or Passport

  • The minimum check-in age is 18

cancellations

  • No charge more than 2 weeks from check-in

  • One night of the reservation will be charged for cancellation less than 2 weeks from check-in

  • When severe weather threatens your travel to Costa Oeste, please let us know so we can find the best way to accommodate your new travel needs

visitors, kids, pets & basics

  • Reception open 7 am to 8 pm 

  • Quiet hours start at 9 pm. Please be respectful of your neighbors on and around our property at all times

  • Each room sleeps a certain number of people comfortably. Please don’t exceed it.

  • Costa Oeste is designed for adults, but we welcome families too. Our property has open water, rocks, and other elements, so we ask parents to watch children carefully. Please note we don’t offer childcare or other family services at this time. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

  • Pets are not allowed in the guest rooms.

  • No coolers or speakers
